Refilling prescription -an extremely pleasant young man dealt with my refill quickly and efficiently
Collecting my prescription 20 mins later, a very rude young woman treated me as old, deaf and ***. She asked me if I knew about the prescription without showing or telling me what it was. Rolls her eyes at the assistant next to her
"If you turn it around I can see what it is."
"I'm going to call the pharmacist for a consultation"
"Just turn it around so I can see the label"
Rolls her eyes again. She turns it around.
Perhaps it would have been a good idea to call her supervisor/manager.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
