CVS Pharmacy complaint by Wanda Fincher
Rock Hill, S.C. CVS Pharmacy - Sign says they close at 6:00 pm. At 5:50 pm on April 27, 2008, the pharmacy drive-up window was closed. When I saw the window closed, I went inside --- after driving around the building and getting out in the rain. No one was in the pharmacy. This prevented me from picking up my prescription. I complained to the CVS manager, who confirmed that it was not 6:00 pm yet and the pharmacy was closed. No one would go into the pharmacy to get my prepared medication. Shame on you, CVS.

and another side not also, the pharmacies have alarms that not even the store managers have codes too, only a registered pharmacist can have them.. I was a store manager for CVS , and i went through that many a times

And, as a sidenote, if there isn't a Registered Pharmacist on hand nobody can go into the pharmacy area. It's illegal. As in, there are state and federal regulations that prevent that from happening...

If it is slow meaning there are no customers for a hour or more we will close down 10 minutes early. But of coarse there is always that one person that has to come just when the pharmacy is about to close just to give us a hard time.
