Good afternoon, My name is Kathy and I have just started going to CVS on Dundee RD about three months now. Keep in mind CVS has been who I go to for about 15 years now just a different location in Florida. The following issues have been with the IL location.

1) I suffer with Migraines really bad and if any other suffers are reading this you will understand. Left the doctor and straight to CVS to get meds filled. The medication for my migraine was out of stock. I asked the young lady to call Walgreen's right next door to see if they have it in stock. The young lady look at me like how dare you and said I don't have time to call right now you will need to wait. (I get it that Walgreen's is a compeditor. Just me I just needed that one filled. I never had in tensions of moving my account to them.) So I'm watching the young lady help others, answering phone calls and checking her cell phone when she thought no one was looking. One hour and ten minutes go by, I finally go to her Mam did you happen to call the other store and her response was oh I forgot.

2) I went to CVS on a Thursday to pick up my meds. The young lady said it want allow her to fill it because of the insurance. The young lady said she would contact the insurance and would call me. (I said ok but it didn't make since my insurance had always filled that medication.) The following business day by 3pm I still had not heard from CVS so I called them. The lady said Kathy I'm so sorry but know one has called your insurance, let me do it right now and I will call you back. She called back in about 20min and said your medication will be ready Saturday for pick up.

3) I on Sunday to pick up the meds and they did not order the correct quantity that the doctor requested. Again they say Kathy we are so sorry. If you can come back Tuesday after 3pm and we will have the correct quantity for you.

So keep in mind during all this time and waiting my migraine is so bad I can hardly do anything.

I find all of this very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also if it happens to me then how many suffer the same or worst.

After many years with CVS, I am finally fed up with the uppity attitude of my local pharmacists. Due to errors on their part, I am now 5 days without my medication, which is supposed to be filled tomorrow.

They shorted me 25% of the medicine. When I went back an hour later, they refused to re - measure until they talked with another pharmacist who isn't due in for another day!

Then they had the nerve to take my medicine and refused to give it back to me even though I paid for it. This issue is going up the ladder!!!

Why on earth when CVS didn't have your meds, why didn't you just walk next door to Walgreen's to see if they had what you needed? It sure as the world wouldn't have killed you, but you expected an employee of CVS to look up the phone number and call them for you.

If I needed the meds that badly that is what I would have done.
