At 8PM this evening--I went to my CVS on Atlantic Ave. East Rockaway NY---responding to a call from the pharmacy---they needed my new Medicare card to fill a RX---The phones were not working---I am not complaining about this---it happens! When I got there--the Pharmacy tech was talking to a friend about jobs and this friend wanted to offer her a job. I waited about 5 minutes and then I interrupted them and said excuse me I am here to pick up a RX---They both looked at each other and raised their eyebrows and smurked as though I was interrupting their business--The friend finally walked away and the phar. tech eventually asked me what I wanted----but I have NEVER experienced such rudeness at any CVS Her name was Billal or close to that---Perhaps some in service is called for!!

Wow you must work for the east rockaway ny cvs store? You people over there are such pieces of work.

Its employees like you that cause us at other stores such headaches.

Kathleen id advise you to call corporate and tell them you want to speak to the district manager david z soto. Tell them you only want a call from him and nobody else. Let david soto know what happened and im sure you will get results.
