The manager was no help with my issue. Her name was Kat.

She was rude and insulting! Was no help at all. I switched all mine and my husbands prescription to another pharmacy since that time. If she was the manager left in charge she should at least have some knowledge of the pharmacy part of the store!

The store was a mess as well! Tripping and fire hazards everywhere.

This store has gone so down hill in the last 2 years! Its sad!

AI phone system with no option to speak to a live customer service representative on any of their customer service numbers. System tells you they are transferring you for help and instead you are transferred to a recording. Pissed off but not surprised.

I have been a customer filling my prescriptions at the 98th Ave. And Peoria Rd.

Store in Arizona for at least 7 years. A majority of your pharmacy staff are amazing and provide exceptional customer service until today. The pharmacist Sunei would not fill a prescription my doctor's office sent over even though there was clear instruction on the situation. If a district manager could please give me a call so I can explain my situation in detail I would greatly appreciate it.

My friend lives in Florida no problem my CVS in Holly never returns calls terrible customer service I wish rite aid was still there Neverending had a problem their now every month is a headache.

I am rather disappointed with the CVS located at 8 Eden ave. in Edison. I'm not sure if they changed owners or management but the current pharmacy crew is unprofessional, unwilling to help and do absolutely nothing to help the customer. They do not take their job seriously and they are severely lacking in customer service, competance and responsibility.
