Cvs Pharmacy - Lauren Grim, Fairfield

I return to N Texas, Fairfield store because I have dual ins and wife said no co-pay. “Lauren” was Rude for My request; didn’t greet me, begin to tell me about my ins ID card(s) instead of searching the issue. Unprofessional, should look for work in another field besides customer service. I will not deal with her again. Attitude breeds attitude. smh

Cvs Pharmacy - Poor service
