CVS Pharmacy - Delivery gone missing and no accountability
I paid 5-6 dollars extra to have a prescription delivered to my home for it to never arrive. When I call the store they were very rude and said they can't do anything for me.
I called customer care hotline and they said that the store should help me. After calling back on Tuesday, they said the pharmacy manager Victoria Dunford would call me back in 24 hours and I am still waiting.
The prescription is eye drops no one could use and either provide my money or my product. I will be using another pharmacy going forward cause that is complete BS.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
CVS Pharmacy Cons: Incompetent service.

Well, if you used the delivery app, the blame could very well be placed on the postal service. The pharmacy must have a record of it being picked up by a courier.
If the hand off was completed, you should be asking the United States Postal Service where your package went.
Once it leaves the pharmacy, it's out of their hands. Ask them to check their files and see if it was picked up.
