I dropped off my Rx last nigh. after work 8/30/12.

It is an rx for Adderall, something that I am not really excited and proud to take, but it has been the only medication that has worked for me so far. Needless to say, it is something I am sensitive about. As I dropped my rx off, the tech had a very distinct, condescending attitude towards me. She had told me that the sig as "rong" and that she would call the office to straighten it out.

Ok..no problem. What the tech didn't kno is that I also happen to ork in the office and when I got in, I had asked the MA if CVS had called to fix the sig. She said no. I called the pharmacy and asked them if they had called the office.

The first thing the tech said...loudly and rudely as " You must bring in a hard copy of that medication!" I told her that I am aware of that and I had dropped it off last night..."oh" was her reply "so what do you want?" Are you kidding me?! I then asked if they had called the office and she bold faced lied! I told her that I know for a fact that they hadn't called the office....right then, the MA's phone rang, guess who it was! The pharmacist, finally calling to verify the rx.

I listened to the voice mail the pharmacist left and I could hear the rude tech in the back ground of the recording talking to me! My physician as kind enough to re write the rx and I took it to a different pharmacy.

I would rather pay a little extra money and not feel like I am being judged and not being lied to. With this being said, I ill let everyone I know, friends, families and patient know about my experience ith CVS.
