Shame on Amy (store manager) and Chris. Shame on you for permitting your newly hired clerk to stand and argue with a long time loyal CVS customer.

Is that why you hired him for? are you both trying to bring down the good name of CVS? Perhaps Mr. Larry J.

Merlo should pay a visit to this CVS. Dear Mr. Larry Merlo, I visited your store today and one of your employees was rude and angry with me because I wouldn't purchase two of a product. I wanted to be done with my shopping and was in a hurry and your employee wouldn't let me finish my shopping unless i purchased two of a particular makeup product.

I reminded him that CVS did not hired him to argue with the customers. Amy and Chris proceeded to look away and continue servicing, SHAME ON THEN! I called CVS back to get the name of the clerk and i spoke in person with Chris and Amy and somehow they all began to suffer from amnesia. They dont remember another clerk working tonight.

SHAME ON YOU BOTH. YOU should be the ones loosing your jobs!
