It's NOT the Pharmacy Techs, it's the RUDE, HEARLESS girls who answer the phone IN the pharmacy.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

CVS Pharmacy at 1025 Hillcrest Pkwy, Dublin Quarters, Dublin, Ga, we have the "I Don't Know" lady. She uses all three of her names when she could just shorten it to "Don't Know".

She doesn't Know a THING. She's been there for a long time now. You can ask her the Most MINOR question and she Does NOT know. I KNOW.

WHY doesn't SHE know? I can tell her - HER job BETTER than She knows!!! At times, you KNOW her twin sister is stepping in to help "I Don't Know" when she's on a lunch break, because her twin sister's name is "I DON'T Care". (They each got married, ya see.

One married the last name of "Know" and the other married "Care". Together, these twins make "Know Care". (NO CARE.) Then we have Miss "I'm Above You". She does NOT care either.

She sees what your medication is and if it HAPPENS to be in the mental health category, she's already designated you as a Worthless piece of garbage. SHE's Worthless. "I Don't Know", and her twin sister "I Don't Care" and Miss "I'm Above You" are Useless pieces of *** If you're able to avoid this CVS Pharmacy, I recommend it at ALL cost. If you don't, you'll be having a script for heart attack/frustration/Anger filled by them and you'll certainly be Dead by the time "I Don't Know" and "I Don't Care" get SOME of the answers to the questions you may have.

What a few Rude, sinister pieces of *** they have "working" there. (They don't actually Work. They're there to help Big Pharma stay in business with their High Blood Pressure medications. By the way.

ALL anyone has to do INSTEAD of taking high blood pressure meds is to: CHECK IT OUT! Eat a pink grapefruit everyday or at a minimum, every other day!!! (No sugar needed. Peel and eat just like an orange.) AALet your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food.

And the Really SAD part?

The Pharmacy manager, Marion and the fill-in tech, Kyle, are really GREAT. But those two numb-skulls are making the Entire pharmacies look bad and many of us are Certain that - That particular CVS (pharmacy) has lost ALOT of business because of THEM.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This place has gone downhill over the last year. The worst customer care of any business I've ever seen. Pharmacy staff are rude, and act as if they have better things to do than to help the customers. They should just close the drive thru because they are rarely there to help customers, and if they are there, they will make you wait hoping you will just leave. How does this place stay in business? We will be transferring our prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.

Everything about CVS seems to be mismanaged

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I have had it with CVS. It seems that they specialize in making trouble for me.

Maybe it's because I'm a disabled senior or because I'm male. I notice that the female employees are the ones who are openly hostile to me, so I know that mindset all too well. They don't manage their website well at all. When I need to update payment information, their website either claims I have not given information that I clearly have given or they just reject the information outright.

I pay for their CarePass program that is supposed to guarantee free home delivery, but I see I have to sweat blood before they do it. They have also told me that I have to call my doctor to get approval for refills when the label on the prescription bottle clearly states how many refills I have that the doctor already approved; if the problem is that they can't read, they shouldn't be working in a job that requires that skill. The only reason I deal with them is that they are only one block from my home; all the other pharmacies are much farther away, and not all of them will deliver, no matter what my physical condition may be. It seems that no matter to whom I may turn to try to get help, aside from the man who works as a manager behind the counter, I can only expect trouble, no matter what the facts of the matter may be nor how unjustified the rejection may be.

I've complained to their headquarters in Woonsocket, RI, but I have learned that it's hopeless.

I hope soon to relocate elsewhere; maybe it's just the general disregard that DC residents show toward one another that's causing the problem, but I do not see the bad service and disriminatory treatment to be even remotely justifiable. I'm reporting this problem not for the first time; I just wonder if anyone can do anything to correct what is clearly very wrong with them.

Pros:
  • Many pharmacies available
Cons:
  • Everything is mismanaged
  • Customers are mistreated often
  • Never honor the programs for which a customer must pay

Preferred solution: 1) adequate service 2) well-maintained website 3) courtesy treatment of customers 4) pay costs for customers who are forced to go elsewhere because of their terrible service.

User's recommendation: If you have a pharmacy that is not part of a network, maybe you can get better service.

That is libel. Hope they don't find your name or other identifying info.

They have the time and personnel to make your life truly miserable if they so desire.

Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional customer service

CVS Pharmacy - Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional customer service

Pharmacy was very rude and disrespectful, the lady hung up in my face and told me she didn't care if I called corporate or channel 4. I notice when I pick up my first Rx that they were screaming the name of customers medication's out loud!

Im upset as any other customer would be. I understand all the reviews and peoples pain, because even if you do report the incident to corporate, no one does not care. One day compliance is going to come in that store and shut them down. The one thing people forget is the importance of customer service, because if you dont have customers and then you dont have a job!

Treat customers how you want to be treated, its not even about the color or your skin because I notice it everywhere I go. Simply because I have been in The customer service industry for over 30 years and what Ive seen at this store and others will never change because they dont have integrity, patience, listening skills or empathy and they no that they can get away with it so they dont care. I would love to teach. All customer service people how to value your customers and appreciate them.

The most important thing is to, whatever you have going at home, please dont bring it to work with you. But no one cares.

So it’s cvs fault that you are irresponsible and list your check? And just what is the definition of experitation?

Frustrated

This company does not care about their customers. I called to complain about my local CVS on Main St in Brockton and the person I spoke with was so rude put me on hold for 20 minutes and when someone picked up it was the GD CVS store I complained about. This company does not give a *** about people at all.

Issues with CVS app re prescriptions on file

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
CVS Pharmacy - Issues with CVS app re prescriptions on file

I called twice and have still not been able to resolve the issue with the CVS app showing the prescriptions. I've received various different responses like creating a new account with a new email address among other suggestions.

Nothing has worked. I have to call every month when I need a refill instead of the ease of prescription refill, the status of refill, prescription history, etc. that the app should provide like ALL other pharmacies I have filled scripts with. This has been going on since Jan 2023 when my insurance changed and listed CVS as the prescription provider.

CVS has always been my favorite pharmacy to shop at with lovely customer service from the associates in the store and amazing deals. However, now that my monthly scripts only come via CVS I am frustrated and tired of calling the store and the 800 number to try and get my account updated to show my prescriptions.

Pros:
  • Deals
  • In store associates
Cons:
  • Horrible cvs app

Preferred solution: The application to show my scripts so I can view and refill via the app.

User's recommendation: The physical store cannot help with app issues and the 800 # can't seem to either.

I have never in my life delt with a more frustrating company then CVS. Your customer service is terrible and your pharmacies are even worst. Called corporate. Spoke to a person. He put me on hold for 30 minutes. Someone picked up and it was from my local pharmacy. Not what I wanted. This company is a joke.

Bill ID# 771****A1651

CVS Pharmacy - Bill ID# 771****A1651

I have visited the Minute Clinic on 08/27/2023 for DOT exam. I have encountered very unprofessional provider who denied me the exam.

I have spent about 7-10 minute with this provider and after the denial of service I have left the facility. No services were providet to me, but I have received the bill for $119.00 in the mail. No DOT test was done. Actually, nothing was done whatsoever.

I have called them 3 times and though they have told me that no test was done, they isisted that charges are valid. I asked the call from the supervisor and was promised one. However nobody called. I did this process three times with the same result.

They just keep on sending me the bill for services"not provide". I am considering to file a case with Smal Claims Court if this continues.
