CVS Pharmacy - Supervisor abrupt
I go to the CVS in Clifton, New Jersey on Allwood Road. I live nerby and have gone there for many years, 40 to be exact.
I have never had a problem. I went there last Saturday and the Supervisor Kim was very abrupt with me. I had a coupon and when I showed it to her. She said she applied it to my bill, but it didn't come off the receipt.
It was for $5.00. When she went to do the transaction again, the coupon was gone. All she said was sorry about that. I got ripped off on that coupon.
She seemed annoyed with me and didn't have any patience. This is my first and probably will be my last transaction with her. I am seriously thinking of going across the street to Walgreens to try them out.
I am so upset over the way she spoke to me. Please advise.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $5.
Preferred solution: Speak to Kim to be professional and nicer to customers..
