Terrible Customer Service Just wanted to return a defective CVS product went to store since did not have credit card purchased item with unable after standing in this long line to return a CVS product that says 100% money back guarantee that was false.Customer service closed on weekends so had to wait to call during the week.
Was transferred and put on hold multiple times just wanted either a CVS gift card, 100% money back guarantee or back on the card.
Terrible Customer Service So it is false advertising that there products are 100% money back guarantee beside this product needs to be recalled asap it was a dangerous since pieces broke off.What happened to CVS they used to care about customers.
