My Husband and I have been customers at CVS for well over 30 years and we really enjoyed shopping there, but today 02-07-10 at store #6894 at 900 N. Austin Ave. Georgetown, Texas my husband was really upset at the way they handled a situation that shouldn't have even happened. He is a diabetic and was out of his pen needles because he was shorted on one of his refills, they did not want to give him his needles, he said he almost had to beg for them not to mention the girl that was waiting on him walked off, we have never been treated like the whole time we have been going there. It was very unprofessional and we are thinking about moving our prescription to Walgreen's, I have a heart condition and was done in a similar way with my heart medication, I also was out and wasn't even given any until they could contact my Dr. which they said they never received the fax. You just don't mess up on people's medications. At this point I am very disappointed with CVS.
