Called to follow up on prescription, after buying on hold 10 minutes they said put me hold then instead of coming back to they hung up on me after24 minutes. This was in the morning.
I tried again in the afternoon, on hold for this time for over40 minutes total, once told be right back , hung up on me again 7 minutes later. Tried calling through the store manager, again put on ignore and hung up on again. again tried through the store manager , explained what was happening, she took me name and number in case I was ignored again.
Told by the manager that she gave them my information and to hold on. The manager came back and told they would call me right back , never heard from them until after I called and complained about them Took them almost to hours to call me back and the pharmacy manager wanted to argue with me about the poor service.
User's recommendation: Go to a different store if at all possible.
