Waited 30 mins and 40 sec on the phone to see if my fax my RX once he pick up the phone they didnt have it than he say another cvs has it than it too 12 mins before they pick up the phone UNPROFESSIONAL . The cvs is located in temple hill md mangerment need to and see how long it take their worker to answer the phone you will be so angry ,unhappy customer

Maybe they were really busy? Short staffed?

Don't just assume they're purposely ignoring you.

Most pharmacies have six incoming lines, and if they all start ringing at once, it gets overwhelming really fast. Add to that the customers in the store and the incoming scrips being faxed in from doctor's offices and phone calls are often the last priority.
