Not resolved

I waited for over an hour, I asked politely if my name was called and she said "I called your name 5 times about 20min ago" Long story short she couldn't walk two feet away to see if there were patients around the corner (another CVS employee told me to sit there and she said "well he told you wrong") She very rudely told me that if I was in so much pain then I should go to urgent care. She said I could be seen if i signed in again and then would have to wait 30min so she could take her lunch.

I tried to call to complain but the department who takes complaints was closed...

big surprise. No email address for complaints either.
