I can't believe how many hours I've spent trying to get the website or app to work. I feel like such an idiot for continuing to try!

When will I learn that they absolutely *never* work! They are both completely useless! They are both so full of bugs that I can't even keep count of them all - and I'm a programmer myself! CVS: Hire some programmers to fix this!

How many customers are you losing?! How many hours of your customers' time are you wasting?! How many hours of work are you paying for because people need to call in?!

This has been going on for years. If they don't fix these problems, people should not invest in this company.
