We have 3 CVS stores locally and apparently CVS personnel are trained to give poor customer service. They were out of my drug at one location, sent me to another one, who was also out, and sent me to the third store. They don't value the customer's time in the least.

Also, if you ask questions about a medication they act like they are doing you a favor by making you wait (and then they don't answer the question.

Finally, they are just rude; it is depressing to walk in the door (which I won't be doing anymore).

Terrible. I get better service from the phone company.

Monetary Loss: $500.
